One of my all time favorite employees is one of the office managers in Dubai - Balu.
Balu has worked for me for more than 3 years. He is all positivity. I might be having a bad day, but as soon as I see Balu and his positive, hard work ethic — he makes me smile and forget whatever troubles i might have.
He is consistently positive every single day - and no doubt has a very positive impact on the people in the office.
