I flew into Dubai late last night — easy 6 hour direct flight.  Was scheduled day off for wednesday so did not train.

woke at 7:00 in Dubai (5:00 Monaco)
BIKE:  easy 3 hour ride in the desert.  I started late, thus it was hot, but good easy ride.
SWIM:  60 minutes in 15 meter pool.  wasnt great training, but better than nothing.

Lunch:  brocoli, brown rice, lentils
2nd lunch two hours later:  chicken and lamb from favorite lebonese restaurant near my office
Dinner:  didnt eat because I ate late lunch
went to a movie with my girls and didnt go to sleep until very late – also ate too much sweets at the movie.

Comments:  easy ride, but my trek doesnt have TT bars.  I tried to bring my cervelo, but I couldnt take off the TT bars so it could fit into my bike box.  I will be in Dubai for several days so will train on my trek, but ideally will get TT bars tomorrow (shop is closed on fridays).
Total training:  about 4 hours
