woke at 4:00 
breakfast:  strong coffee, toast, oatmeal
RUN:  2 hours
lunch:  salmon, brown rice, fruit
dinner:  4 egg omlette

comments:  the weather has changed so its not very hot in dubai in the morning.  I have been training, but have not had time to update my training journal.  I was in Riyadh the day before and I ran at the hotel on the treadmill for 90 minutes.  I have not swum for at least a week.
