woke at 3:00 (jet lagged in Monaco)
Breakfast:  coffee and oatmeal
RUN:  90 minutes
comments:  80 minutes into the run my right knee suddenly hurt so badly I had to stop and I had a difficult time even walking.  After a few minutes, I decided to try and run through the pain which I ultimately did.
My knee didnt bother me at all for the rest of the day.  odd.
lunch:  salad and protein shake
dinner:  tuna salad and tripes
