woke at 4:20 (slept great)
WALK:  5:15 – 6:00 with my daughter, Marie
SWIM:  2,500 meter
BIKE:  2 hours
RUN:  40 minutes
comments:  the water in the pool was 14 degrees and very cold, but I had a good swim.  I did a 3 hour brick (bike then run) in the evening after work — probably my best training I have had since October.  My ride was fast and the transition to the run was perfect and my legs re-adjusted quickly.
