woke at 5:00 (slept ok, but not great – woke several times at night)
BIKE: 90 minutes
WALK: 2 hours
comments: I was only scheduled a 90 minute easy ride, but I rode with a friend and we rode quicker than I wanted to, but I felt good.
I walked with my daughter marie for 2 hours at a quick pace.
SWIM: 30 minutes

woke at 4:00 (slept great)
BIKE: 218 km in 7:10 minutes
RUN: just about 10km in 1 hour
total training non stop was 8:10
comments: my best training session I have had since I was a swimmer. The transition to run was akward for about 5 minutes, but after that I ran at a good pace and surely could have run another hour at that pace. Great work out.

woke at 4:20 (slept great)
WEIGHTS: did my normal routine. I did 6 great set of heavy squats
SWIM: 90 minutes non stop swim. good feel for the water
comments: i didnt eat enough so I was dead tired all day, esp at the end of the day.
tomorrow is my longest training session thus far
